Is Shipping Really Free?
Yes! Absolutely. Our aim is to provide not only quality products, but a superior service to our customers. Only in very rural/remote areas there may be a small shipping surcharge, but if that’s the case, you will be well informed beforehand to authorize such charges if necessary.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We have our own courier services. On occasion, we also utilize other local courier services if we have a higher than normal work load. This is to ensure that you receive your package on time.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
Most orders are delivered within 2-4 business days after purchase. If you require your item urgently, feel free to contact us via phone, whatsapp or email, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Can The Delivery Driver Meet Me At A More Convenient Location?
Yes. If you would like delivery at another location, for example at your workplace, simply fill out those instructions on the order checkout page in the appropriate ‘other instructions’ box. If you forgot to put that information in when ordering, contact us via whatsapp, phone or email and let us know of any changes as soon as possible.
Is It Safe To Enter My Payment Information On Your Website?
Absolutely. We do not store payment information on our servers. When you pay via credit card or paypal, you are redirected to the payment gateway to enter your card details and authorize the payment. Sky IT does not have access to this information, we only know if the payment is successful, so we can then proceed to process and ship your order.
Are There Any Fees for Using My Credit Card?
Absolutely Not! All Credit Card transactions have fees associated with them, but Sky IT absorbs these costs. The price you see on our website is the final price you pay, which always includes free shipping and no additional fees or surprises.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay directly on our website with your Visa/Mastercard Debit and Credit Cards, With Paypal, Via Direct Bank Deposit or WiPay Vouchers. If you don’t have a credit card, simply select the Cash/Lynx On Delivery option, and our courier can accept payment upon delivery.
Do you offer payment on delivery?
Yes! Lynx/Cash are accepted on delivery, you can checkout on our website directly with this payment method.
What If I Don't Have a Credit Card?
You can still shop on our website, add the items to your cart, and checkout using the Cash/Lynx on delivery option. This way you can pay for your purchase when the items are being delivered!

Is A Certain Product In Stock ?
Once you see it available on our website, it is in our hands ready for delivery. Our website and stock system automatically updates our inventory in real time as a sale is made, so your purchase is always immediately sent for processing and delivery.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?
No, you do not. You can checkout as a guest and use your email and Order Number to track your orders.
