Refund/Return Policy
Firstly, Thank you for shopping at Sky IT Ltd! We wish to ensure a pleasant online shopping experience for all of our customers.
- Warranty
Sky IT Ltd stands behind their products. As such we offer a 90 day warranty which protects consumers from faulty products/manufacture defects.
However, this does not protect against:
Misuse or misunderstanding of the correct operation of the item purchased
Accidental Damage due to negligence or mishandling of the product
Damages due to improper power/power surges/low voltages etc.
- Manufacture Defect Items
Products that have a manufacture defect are eligible for a repair, exchange, or refund (Must be requested by emailing support@skyit-tt.com or calling 868-730-4759 ). However, Sky IT Ltd personnel will have to examine the product and verify the claim. A repair on the item will be attempted first, if the item is unable to be repaired, an exchange or refund will be issued for valid claims.
- All Other Return/Refund Requests
We only accept returns for unused, unopened products in the original packaging within 7 days of purchase date.
Returns for used products – including opened, damaged, scratched etc– will not be accepted.
Refunds will be denied for any product returned not conforming to the above mentioned conditions.
Returns or Refunds are not accepted after 7 days from the day of purchase.
Please note that approved returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
For returns that meet the above criteria and are processed successfully, you can expect a refund within 14 days of the date that we receive the product(s) from you.
